No illnesses have been reported. The recall is out of caution. Routine sampling and testing revealed the presence of Salmonella in two 4-ounce packages of “Beefy Munchies”.

EuroCan Manufacturing has voluntarily recalled one lot of its pig ears distributed throughout the USA and Canada for Barnsdale Farms, HoundsTooth and Mac’s Choice, because they have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella.
March 19th, 20170As a precaution, WellPet and the Blue Buffalo Company have issued a voluntary recall on some lots of their dog food, because the food may contain elevated levels of naturally occurring beef thyroid hormone.
WellPet has recalled a limited amount of its Wellness canned dog food. No other Wellness products are affected.
